Chalkhouse Green Farm’s next open day will be updated soon

The open day is usually open from 2pm to 6pm in association with the Yellow Book National Garden Scheme

Wheelchair users, carers and children free.  Dogs welcome on leads, please don’t leave them in the car
There will be all the animals on show and cream teas!
A traditional farmstead & gardens, cream teas, guided trailer rides & rare breeds, something for everyone.
Waiting to meet you are working horses including our rare Suffolk Punch horses, and all the British White calves.
Newly restored threshing barn and vintage farming equipment will be on display.
Bee and honey demonstration.
We hope that once again, Ruth the wild mallard will bring up her ducklings at the farm.
Monty and Magic, the adorable donkeys love saying hello and receiving pats from young children
Talks about the farm and our work for the Soundabout charity, with the exciting new ‘Sounds of Intent’ initiative, evaluating the beneficial effects of music for severely disabled children and adults.
Working demonstrations of heavy horses & vintage tractors, British White cattle, pigs, geese, ducks and donkey rides. Plant sale, cream teas, tractor & trailer rides plus covered swimming pool.
